Terms & Conditions for Matrimonial Meet Visitors

1. Purpose of Attendance

By registering for and attending the Matrimonial Meet ("Event"), the visitor ("Participant") agrees that their participation is solely for personal matrimonial interests.

Participants confirm they are attending on their own behalf and not representing any third-party, agency, matchmaking service, or commercial entity.

2. Personal Use Only

Participants agree that all interactions, discussions, and exchanges during the Event are strictly for personal, non-commercial use.

It is strictly prohibited to:

• Collect information on behalf of clients
• Solicit matrimonial or matchmaking services
• Engage in networking for business or agency purposes

3. Representation of Identity

Participants must provide correct, truthful, and complete information about themselves at the time of registration and during interactions.

False representation or impersonation of any kind will lead to immediate removal from the Event.

4. Confidentiality & Privacy

Participants acknowledge and agree that:

• All personal details shared by other attendees are private and confidential.
• Such information must not be recorded, reproduced, circulated, forwarded, or made public in any form.
• Photography, videography, or audio recording of individuals without explicit consent is strictly prohibited.
• No participant shall upload or disclose any attendee's information to social media, public forums, or third-party entities.

Violation of confidentiality will lead to immediate disqualification and may result in further action as per applicable privacy laws.

5. Conduct & Respectful Behaviour

Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and courteous manner. Any form of:

• Harassment
• Unwanted solicitation
• Aggressive persuasion
• Discrimination or offensive behavior

will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the Event premises.

6. Use of Event Material

Any event-related materials—profiles, brochures, contact sheets, introductions, or digital resources—are for the participant's personal reference only and may not be:

• Copied
• Distributed
• Published
• Used commercially

7. Data Protection Consent

By attending the Event, participants consent to the limited collection and processing of their personal data strictly for:

• Event management
• Identity verification
• Post-event communication (if applicable)

Organizer will not publicly share or sell participant information to any third party.

8. Liability

Organizers are not responsible for:

• The accuracy of personal information shared by participants
• Any personal disputes arising between participants
• Decisions or commitments made between individuals after the Event

Participants engage at their own discretion and responsibility.

9. Right to Refuse Entry

The Event organizers reserve the right to deny entry or remove any participant who violates these Terms & Conditions or engages in suspicious, disruptive, or commercial activity.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By attending the Event, each participant confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms & Conditions in full.
